  • Is the 8 Week Challenge really just a $99 payment?

    Yes! When you join the THRIVE 8 Week Challenge, you pay $99 once and that is it. No ongoing fees, no hidden charges, no subscriptions to worry about.


    We get asked this all the time because the nutrition coaching industry has made people used to paying $100 or more per week for average support. At THRIVE, we want high quality nutrition coaching to be accessible, so you get incredible value for a fraction of the usual price.


    And yes, it really is just $99.

  • Are the meal plans personalised or custom?

    Absolutely. Your meal plans are fully personalised to you and your goals.


    When you sign up, you’ll give us your details and preferences. Then your calories and macros are calculated specifically for you and your meal plans are built around what will work best for you.


    Every plan is designed for your goals, your preferences, and what fits your life, so you are not following a generic plan.

  • When does the challenge start?

    This 8 Week Challenge officially starts on Monday, August 17th, 2026.


    You will receive your first 7 meal plans on Thursday, 13th, which gives you the weekend to get organised, do your shopping, and feel ready for week one.


    As soon as you sign up, you also get instant access to the THRIVE Recipe Hub with over 250 macro friendly recipes. Signing up early means you can start including these delicious recipes straight away.

  • How often are the meal plans updated and what do they look like?

    Meal plans are updated every fortnight. At the end of each two week period, you complete a progress check-in and your next 7 meal plans are delivered within 24 hours.


    The plans are super customisable. You can choose:

    • Breakfast, lunch and dinner only 
    • Breakfast, lunch, dinner plus 1 to 3 snacks per day

    You can also list any foods you dislike so they aren’t included. Every plan has a swap feature so you can replace any meal instantly if you don’t feel like it.


    You can also use the 200 recipes in the THRIVE Recipe Hub to mix and match or create your own plan. If you want any changes after receiving your plan, the THRIVE team is happy to help. Just send an email and it will be sorted.

  • How often are the training programs updated?

    If you pick the nutrition and training option, you get a personalised training program too. You can choose either a gym based program or an at home program.


    The training program is updated every four weeks. This gives you enough time to follow it properly and see real results before moving to the next program.


    In short:

    • Training programs are updated every four weeks
  • Are the meals family friendly? I’m cooking for myself and my family. Are the meal plans suitable for fussy eaters?

    Yes, yes, and yes. One of the most common pieces of feedback we get at THRIVE is how family friendly the meal plans are.


    The meals are not only for you, but for your whole family including partners, kids, parents and friends. They are simple, practical, and easy to cook.


    If there is a meal your family might not love, you can swap it out using the swap feature. You can also use any of the 200 recipes in the THRIVE Recipe Hub to create your own plan.


    For fussy eaters, just add any foods you don’t like to your dislike list. If something still appears that you don’t feel like eating, you can swap it or email the THRIVE team and we will make the changes for you.
